Crescenzo’s cooking philosophy starts with an obsession with fresh local ingredients. His style is heavily influenced by his roots, by his love for the traditional simple Southern Italian cuisine, but still with research and innovation playing an important role. The experiences in the Northeast of Italy at “Le Calandre” (three Michelin stars) and “Agli Amici” (two Michelin stars), have been defining moments in his culinary journey. During his four years in Sicily managing the restaurants of the “Therasia Resort” he was awarded his first Michelin Star. He spent the last three years at “Villa Cimbrone” in Ravello as the Executive Chef of the restaurant “il Flauto di Pan”.
For our chef, details take centrestage and this meticulous approach defines every step of the food and drink preparation process.
From sourcing and selecting the freshest and finest of ingredients, to composing and balancing each flavour like a delicate brushstroke, everything is considered using a fine dining methodology that inspires and delights with every bite.
